Alternative Means of Payment

Please email your order and wait for a comfirmation before sending any payment

Cheques drawn on a UK bank Only!  are acceptable.
All cheques should be made payable to Rebound Records

All Postal Orders should be uncrossed  and made payable to C.Perkins

Cash only by special delivery/registered mail (at your own risk)

Out of Stock Items

If you place an order and an item is out of stock, we will sent the rest and the missing item will follow as soon as possible.
This could happen for instance if you order when we are at a Weekender and sell the item you want there.

Import Duty

Customers placing orders outside the EU may have to pay import duty.   We word the Customs Declaration to show that goods are for personal use order to reduce any payments that local Customs may charge.

Faulty Goods

If  the goods supplied to you are 'not suitable for the use that they were intended for' (eg. the CD sticks or jumps), we will accept returns for refund or exchange
This complies with the UK Sale of Goods Act. This does not affect your statutory rights
